    Michael Keusgen is a globally recognized AI transformation expert specializing in the healthcare sector. As CEO of Ella Media AG, he helps companies strategically and responsibly implement artificial intelligence to drive cultural and organizational transformation.

    With a career spanning BBC, WTN, ABC News, and the founding of AZ Media, Michael has deep expertise in media, technology, and digital strategy. He has been honored with the Bavarian Television Award for his innovative work in media and communication.

    As Managing Director of Siegfried GmbH, he led major international media and digital projects, including: the repositioning of the Eurovision Song Contest; developing the digital strategy for Constantin Medien AG

    Christoph Czech, COO

    Christoph Czech is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ella Media AG and a recognized expert in operations management, scaling, and digital organizational structures. He began his career in 2009 as a bank clerk and later studied Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance at the School of Management and Innovation, Steinbeis University Berlin.

    Christoph has gained extensive experience as an Operations & IT Manager, helping establish two foreign startup direct banks in the German market. He also worked as a successful consultant at KPMG, advising numerous C-level executives and leading projects in the financial sector with a focus on business technology, operations, and IT.

    At Ella Media AG, Christoph oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that strategic AI initiatives are translated into efficient, scalable, and economically viable processes.

    Loïc Bertoli, Managing Director Ella Media SARL

    Loïc Bertoli is Managing Director of Ella Media SARL and an expert in international economic relations, regulation, and strategic expansion. He studied law at Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg and political science at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he also completed a master’s degree in International Relations.

    Professionally, Loïc Bertoli has held several senior positions, including at the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he served as Deputy Director for Foreign Trade and Investment Promotion. His international career includes assignments as Deputy Head of Mission at the Luxembourg Embassies in Beijing and Abu Dhabi, as well as Executive Director of the Luxembourg Trade and Investment Office for the Gulf region. He also served as Luxembourg’s Deputy Commissioner General at Expo 2020 in Dubai.

    At Ella Media AG, he is responsible for the international positioning of the Ella Media Group and for building and managing partnerships across Europe and beyond.
