What we are often

Why Ella and not a Berlin or US studio?
8 years of platform experience, healthcare DNA (regulation-compliant empathetic AI), 100% EU hosting (no data transfer risk), our own persona layer. We are a Swiss studio, not agency-hoppers.
Which models do you build on?
Multi-provider, Anthropic Claude (primary), OpenAI GPT (secondary), ElevenLabs for voice. Orchestrated through our own persona layer “Letter”. No vendor lock-in.
How fast is a project live?
Discovery 2 weeks, prototype 4 weeks, build & launch 6–10 weeks. In total 12–16 weeks from kick-off to live, depending on complexity. Pilot setups often faster.
Can we train the AI on our brand?
Yes, that is our core product. Brand-voice frameworks, personality designs, long-term memory. We do not build generic chatbots, we build brand voices.
What happens to our data?
100% EU hosting (AWS Frankfurt), GDPR by design, data processing agreement template, full auditability. Data does not leave the EU. AI-Act-ready from August 2026.
Do you also do maintenance & support?
Yes, “Operate & Grow” is phase 4 of our standard process. Monthly retainer with SLA, performance reviews and new features. We do not build and walk away, we stay.
